Or if u want it on a computer just open up a wors or notepad doc and start logging. It helps i think.

Thank you! I apologize for the delayed reply. This system is working for me except I make notes in a regular notebook throughout my day. I have a med I take every four hours so I just "check in" during those times. I also like the physical aspect of using a pen and paper. Old school lol. xo
