All of my hypos have come on in May/June, so I think that summer/more daylight definitely plays a part. Stress can contribute. Definitely lack of sleep and increased stimulation.

My last episode came on this last May, when I was in Las Vegas for a girls' weekend. It was kind of the perfect storm... drinking, partying, no sleep, lots of lights and stimulation... yep.
