Thanks everyone. Today, I told her why I was leaving. She apologized and said she should have never done that. Too little, too late. I'm having problems with my insurance company finding a new therapist now, which is additional stress. Plus, my insurance is changing starting in October, but I definitely need to get in to see someone sooner. Hopefully I'll be able to figure something out. I see my Psychiatrist tomorrow. I plan on talking to her about this therapist's unethical behavior, and I'm hoping she'll help me with a referral. All I know is I'm not going back to this therapist...no way.
