I find that I can express myself better through writing then i can in verbally sharing my thoughts. I've always heard about journaling in therapy but never really partook in doing it, but I'm thinking it might be of benefit and I was interested in hearing whether anyone here finds journaling beneficial and what sorts of things you include in your journal?
Do you take your journal to therapy with you? I'm thinking of possibly creating a therapy style journal in which I take to my sessions and give it to T so they can read, that way my thoughts will be in one book instead of on 100s of pieces of paper
