I am guessing you have a family doctor. Is it possible to have them make a referral for you?
With my Synesthesia, I see coloured abstract animated images for sound, taste, smell and touch. I also taste sights and touch, and hear sights. Yeah, sometimes with all the Synesthesia visions/tastes/etc. plus my heightened sensory input plus the stresses of having autism, things can feel pretty yuck in my head to say the least :/

I am not currently seeing an OT but I will in the future. OT's can help with physical stuff but they can also help with sensory stuff too, like desensitisation therapy. I have to apply for funding for an OT, and my old speech therapist has referred me to an OT business. I will try it out once I get the funding
