Like my hospital psychiatrist told me, I snapped and went full blown manic and psychotic because I was dealing with work stress, uni stress, girlfriend stress, family stress, and eventually, he used the symbolism of a deck of cards, everything just collapsed when too many things went wrong at the same time, so I learnt from that one of my major triggers is stress itself, which I know sounds very generic because we all go through stress in our life and living with a condition as serious as bipolar doesnt really help lol.
