I'm on 50 mgs of Lamictal tapering up to 100mg. I also started at 25mg and I think you should too as far as side effects go! So far haven't noticed much, maybe gives me a bit more energy. Most people don't find it to be a therapeutic dose under 100mgs is what my pdoc said though.
