I truly believe in guardian angels whether they be passed loved ones or devine messengers, I truly believe my grandad is around me, although I have never seen him, I feel his presence and dream about him when I'm really distressed, in one dream he gave me such a loving cuddle, it was so real, it was as though he was telling me he is still here for me.Maybe you're parents are coming through to you as they know you are worried about your health, they are different in spiritual plane imo, maybe they are trying to make amends.
