On men, to me they are a nay. I have seen some teens that wear them, it does suit their particular style. I've also seen them worn with a sag which doesn't suit their style.

I do have a couple pairs of skinnys, they are better in the winter with boots over them, they don't bunch up. I have a favorite black pair, as well. I have the legs to pull it off, which helps.
