For me, depression almost always brings about "sleepy days", where I tend to sleep upwards of 12 hours (sometimes more).

So I'm wondering... What is your personal "sleeping record" for the longest number of hours you've slept in one day? (So I'm basically including naps here.) And how long do you tend to sleep during depression?

My personal record is 16 hours... Slept from 7pm-7am, plus a 4-hour nap midday. In fact, I did this the other day when I was wallowing in misery. I'm now averaging 12-13 hours a day. (Yikes... 😱 )
