So sorry thats happening as I went through something similar when I was taking too much benedryl for anxiety. Then I had anxiety or not going to the bathroom, and that became a vicious cycle. The big thing is hydration, and making sure you dont jump your fiber intake up all at once. Build your tolerance to fiber slowly, if you get a bunch of gas and gas pains then you went too fast on fiber. Take vitamin C as it brings water back to your digestive tract. I take 1000mg a day of vitamin c, If things get "hard", I increase my vitamin C. I like the Aldis and Kroger brand fiber bars for an afternoon snack. They have a lot though so careful adding them if your gassy.
