Say someone has social anxiety.. Well, I need a job and the only place nearby that is hiring is the worst place to work(wal-mart..)

Well, I am not technically disabled(I might qualify for disability, but I do not want to apply I want to work) so do they still legally have to provide assistance to me?

I really need this job to get on my feet, but I don't want to be overwhelmed the first week with too much like the last job and end up breaking down, and I definitely don't want to get any more assistance from the state(getting food and insurance right now, this week I will be starting a new med so hopefully that helps with the stress)
