Yes its normal but it can be a lso a symptom of intensive stress ,find ways to change your habits and to reduce stress from your mind .A tehnique used by me its gratitude i go outside and i watch at all good things in our life like water plants trees etc and i see life like a miracle ,this makes me feel good and i attract also good things in my life
