If I slept as much as my body wanted to would be more like 15 or 16 hours. And even the 12 hours isn't practical I work full-time so during the week I can't even do that. I don't want to ignore the symptoms I want to make them better I don't want to sleep half my life.
Even when I'm up I feel myself falling back asleep it's not a way to live
