Unfortunately, and this is only my impression....is that he no longer feels the same for you and he doesn't want a long-term relationship with you. It sounds like he's around, for now, because the coworker girl rejected him. I think chances are high that he will want to break up when he finds a new girl that catches his interest and it is mutual between them.

The fact that you want marriage and he doesn't isn't compatible ... the lying and heated fighting are signs of an unhealthy relationship. Trust has been broken and needs to be repaired.

I'm sorry you're hurting, hopefully I'm wrong about his intentions as to your relationship status. This is only my impression - I'm sure others will give you their perspective.

I think it is good you realize you have an anger management problem. Seek out a therapist about this issue, it's important. Take care.
