BPD is playing horrid tricks on you.
I've been through something similar although not walking down the aisle type.
I use fact checking and back it up with evidence.
I make a list of my fears, then I add what evidence supports them and last but not least evidence that disproves them.
I even have an evidence box of mementos to look through and help me. This way I don't need to fact check with bf, as it might get "old" for him.
