Hello KelseyBubblesXD: I see this is your first post here on PC. So... welcome to PsychCentral… from the Skeezyks!

I hope you find the time you spend here to be of benefit.
With regard to your concern, the only thing I could suggest is to find someone, presumably a counselor or therapist, with whom you can talk about these intrusive thoughts, over a period of time. (One session is not likely to suffice.) Figuring out why it is you are experiencing these repetitive thoughts (what's driving them) may help you to put them to rest. A skilled therapist will also be able to help you develop strategies for dealing with repetitive intrusive thoughts. There are, of course, self-help techniques one can employ in these kinds of situations, such a meditation as a way of relieving anxiety. However, they tend to be techniques that take time to become skilled at. And, from what you wrote, it sounds like you really need more immediate help.
PsychCentral is a great place to get information as well as support for mental health issues. There are many knowledgeable & caring members here. The more you post, & reply to other members’ posts, the more a part of the community you will become. Plus there are social groups you can join & chat rooms where you’ll be able to connect with other PC members in real time (once your first 5 posts have been reviewed & approved.) Lots of great stuff! So please keep posting!
