I'm not going to lie -- it's hard finding a decent pdoc and therapist these days.

Usually pdocs who work in a big office have reviews on Google. You can start there to see what people say about the doctor. I've seen some pdocs with horrible reviews on there and some with great reviews.

So yeah, my recommendation is to find some office/center which has a lot of pdocs and therapists, and research the doctors/therapists one by one. You're more likely to find reviews for those pdocs/therapists than independent ones. (That's not to say the independent ones are bad. But I'm just saying looking at reviews for pdocs/therapists in centers or offices will give you a good start.)

That's essentially what I did. You can also find out if a pdoc has been sued or not, which is useful to know. I found some pdocs who were sued.
