Rock climbing is really the best. Hauling yourself up a wall is incredible for relieving stress. That's my cool workout.
I'm also a huge fan of rock climbing. I actually work for a hold manufacturing company called Atomik. We get free passes to all the gyms, so climbing has often been the only exercising I do during the week. I even got my kids and wife going once a week or so.
