It is frustrating. I can't take Lamictle or Abilify due to bad reactions. I'm surprised they are starting those two so close together. I wish I had some good advice, but my history with meds is not that great.

Because I'm really sensitive to chemicals and medication I'm on 600 mg lithium and kolonopin for anxiety only when I need it to help me sleep.
