I wish I could help but my last therapist I saw her when I was having a mixed episode and she was finally able to actually see the difference in me. We talked about my psychosis and some other stuff. At the end of the session she told me I could keep seeing her but she's not capable to help me.

As for pdocs, with other medical problems and my bad insurance I haven't been able to see one for a long time.
