Well I was exaggerating just a bit. I was definitely amped... I wasn't literally jumping around at least. Just some 'pressured speech' maybe.
And I agree..... it's not that I want the mania to go out of control. I know that I need to rein it in. It's more the fact that I've hardly been given any time to adjust to anything and it seems useful (to me) to know the actual effects of a single med.
