Hi Paracelsus. I take an antidepressant for my OCD. It does seem to help quite a bit. I also take a benzodiazepam. Finding a good therapist/psychiatrist can be difficult. I would look up therapists/psychiatrists in your area , and Web search them. There may be reviews of them online. That's what I did four months ago when my insurance changed , and I had to find a new therapist, and a new psychiatrist. Best of luck
