I feel like I would rather get off my meds. Plus, my psychiatrist, although he is very nice, doesn't seem to want to really understand me or know enough about drugs because although I was explaining how I was really struggling, he said I seemed like I was doing very well. I also told him I was forgetting to take my effexor and would go days without taking it and he said since I was going 3 days between doses I am basically off of it and just stop taking it and start Wellbutrin. I am just frustrated.
