It's also an ugly side effect of some APs. Since going on Clozaril 7 months ago motivation has been a huge issue for me. We lowered my dose of both clozaril and gabapentin but I wound up depressed and increasing just the gabapentin decreased my motivation again so my pdoc is having me make a very tiny adjustment to the clozaril hoping to help without lowering my motivation further.

It's a great drug that I really needed but it's very frustrating to feel unable to do anything.
