And yeah working did help a little I think it was mainly the routine and knowing that I had to..it was horrible though cause I couldn't ever eat anything that wasn't prepackaged cause everyone shared a fridge not Noone liked me so they would do stuff to my food they were always looking for a way to make me hate it there
