I'm sure you can even talk about her and that you shouldn't try to hold out on something so important to you. I've been hospitalized with lots of people with kids. If she is safe with you than you have full parental rights. And honestly, I have a younger half-brother. Our father eventually lost rights for various reasons including planning to kidnap him and you wouldn't believe what it took for that to happen. Much, much more than just discussing some symptoms of possible mental illness. Even then he was given lots of chances to redeem himself and regain visitation but chose to not do what the courts ordered. Believe me when I say that you would have to do so many things wrong, including felonies with underage girls, before anyone would even think of questioning your right to be with your daughter. And even then they give you chances to resolve things in various ways if there is a concern.

Just think about how much better you can be as a parent if you aren't dealing with difficult thoughts and not feeling well all the time. Getting help for her sake is a very valid reason.
