I have one ferret from wonderand called polecat and a artctic fox called Nev that's not from Wonderland but from the other side. I aks nev too for help, the young and original, old nev with a lab coat is with me when I am nervous in college.

You know one of the things that helped me recover was finding a framework for these animal spirits. Since I was training to be a shaman in my mind I learned shamanism from a few videos to interact with these spirits on my own terms....that way they are always there for you to call on but they don't just come to you unless you're becoming psychotic. It's like a guided imagery....so you are in control of what's happening to some extent.....in this world of animal spirits there are three levels an upper lower and middle world....all are neutral....it is not like one is good or evil which sets the tone for all your encounters. Once my animals were part of this framework it was no longer considered psychotic but instead spirituality. If you like the idea of this Sandra ingerman teaches shamanism through books and videos.
