This is serious. What other things do you do for anxiety?

Can you integrate 5 minutes of breathing 5 times a day, and walk for 10 minutes 3 times a day?

These things will help you. I promise. Please do them today and let me know how it goes.

Turn the worry off. Package it up in a box and put it in the closet.
