... funny. i feel sick but im not sick. i feel like i have a headache but i dont. i feel nauseous but not really. i feel like i have a huge cannon ball in my stomach. i went to sleep this afternoon cos im so tired and spent 2 and a half hours dreaming that i was sleeping. then i suddenly woke up on the verge of a panic attack. it didnt have anything to do with what i was dreaming about (i was dreaming about getting a big hug from three people id just me in the dream. lol). my whole body felt disconnected. in pieces. like it wasnt part of me. my legs were really tingly and heavy and so were my arms and my head was totally fugged.
i got up, had some cereal while reading on here then got up to make myself tea, sat back down and realised id made another bowl of cereal and was half way through it but i really didnt want another bowl.
anyone any ideas what is going on with me??
