Hi,

One thing you might want to look at is whether anything in your routine might have changed within the last few weeks that might be contributing to the feelings of exhaustion that you're experiencing. Another factor that I'd consider looking at is seasonal changes, given the fact that the summer is coming to an end here in the Northern Hemisphere. Vitamin D is one nutrient that we get from the sun, and I know that you wrote that you're taking a vitamin D supplement, but given that the sun emits more vitamin D-producing UVB rays during the middle of the summer than it does at the end of the summer or in the autumn, I wouldn't rule out the possibility that your vitamin D level might have dropped some over the last few weeks due to seasonal changes. Another thing to consider is that in addition to helping our bodies to make vitamin D, the sun also helps our bodies to synthesize and release beta-endorphin. So, even though I think that there are other factors to consider that might explain why you've been feeling so exhausted over the last few weeks (such as any changes that might have been made to your routine), one factor that I'd look into is whether seasonal changes might be contributing to your fatigue, perhaps by affecting vitamin D and/or beta-endorphin.

Thanks for this!
