You don't need WW for healthy eating, imo. You aren't overweight and those who are paying to lose weight might not understand.

A nutritionist at a local hospital would be less cost, and more benefit, imo. It's often covered under insurance also...and allows more than one visit. They know all about foods and current products that are available. They will take your history of what foods you like or don't and why you eat or don't.

They can also help you make a food plan, and are great for encouragment and questions/answers.
