Your BMI is your Body Mass....... it tells a person how much fat they are carrying around on their body frame and You must be so much over the BMI for your Height & Weight to qualify for W.W.

But - please keep in mind that you do not have to join them to do the W.W. Program...... all you need is their base package plan and you can do it your self - they sell them on Ebay.

Do you or your doctor think you are over weight? - if yes then I would go for it, but keep in mind that they have no weight loss program for any one that is under 150 pound - only a maintenance program.
