To read the Weight Watchers guidelines (below); pretend you are 5 feet 3 inches and less than 25 years old. Weight Watchers says if you weigh between 113-130 you are healthy and don't need to lose any weight. Those are the minimum and maximum weights for someone younger than 25 and 5 foot 3. So, if you were to go to a meeting and were within those guidelines, they wouldn't let you join since you are fine/a healthy weight.
