I don't know, maybe not; your maximum weight is 119 so I kind of doubt they'd be interested in taking your money so you could lose 1 pound. I don't think they care about "perception" and how you look, etc., just the health/statistics of it for legal reasons. They don't want people too thin saying, "yes, I got too thin through Weight Watchers!" :-) So they have the chart. You would be one of those following the "maintenance" plan so wouldn't be supposed to be losing as you'd be in the "zone" you're supposed to be in.
But go to a meeting! You don't "join" until after your "interview" I think where they weigh you and get your information, etc. All that is done first and then they have a little pep talk sort of "meeting".
