I think I am going to ask to be admitted. There is an excellent psych hospital one hour away, and I might go to their ER. I'm on 5 psych meds, 2 diabetes meds. 2 insulins, thyroid (from lithium) and a blood pressure pill. I'm out of whack.

I am scheduled to do IOP at a closer hospital, but I don't have a lot of faith in them.

I feel odd. Tired and wired.
