(((((biiv)))) i know how weird panic attacks can get. although i never had a panic attack. i had prolonged extreme anxiety. since i couldn't control my adrenaline, i was put on an anti-anxiety, and it helped me a whole lot. i'm serious. before i got on this medication, it was like i had one foot in this life and the other foot in the afterlife. it happened over a year ago. hope you're feeling better soon.
