These things take time honey. You will feel more like going out, relaxing, not feeling so down about stuff, don't push yourself or be hard on yourself, just let things happen gently, think positive as much as you can, talk here, to your friends, get the bad out, let the good in....crying helps me a lot, and writing down my feelings.
