so, what i wanted to post this thread for was to ask for suggestions of how to stop mild suicidal thoughts from intensifying.
mild thoughts i can deal with (i'm sort of still with it, still together), but before i know it- i findm yself dealing with a lot more than just "mild thoughts", something a lot bigger and a lot more serious.
I need to know good ways of stopping them when they are just mild, or at least keeping them mild
