If anything, I feel thick when depressed, I can never think straight or focus or get anything of value accomplished. Thank you for reading the article and finding 2 that you agree with.
BTW I would never advise anyone to get in depression for the benefits. No if you are not depressed just go on with your life.
For me I reached a point where I had to stop focusing on my depression symptoms and start living life because I was totally stuck. Some of these things are stages I have graduated to or aspire to. Having hope that we can get through depression is a major part of recovery for me as far as recovery has gone.
