The groups are great. I wasn't successful because I was bad about actually measuring things and counting points, but the groups were wonderful. I was always under 150 when I was on it but being 5'0" that was very overweight. They have a point amount for people that weight. They actually now have a pretty cool way of figuring your points with the flex plan where they take your sex, age, weight, height, and activity level into consideration, instead of just your weight.
