wickedwings im on cipramil which is an anti-depressant/anti-anxiety. much good it did yesterday and today.
tomi i didnt mean my last post to come off as if i was mad at you. i wasnt at all. just i had read your thread and didnt want you feeling you had to reply to me. ive never head of sleepy time tea. not sure if we have it here. might do some research on it if it might help when i get like that. didnt really sleep last night. more snoozed.

ive been feeling ick all day. more panic this morning and since this afternoon ive just been so irritable and depressed. have no idea where all this came from. it sucks being blindsided like that. now i have to go try to dig myself out of yet another depressive episode.
