I went and got a few bits and this is what I'm taking 2x per day. It may seem exessive but I always take a bit more than the stated dose(of supplements)and alcohol and cocaine for a period.

Multivitamin 1 tab

Again it might seem excessive but it hardly gonna kill me.

All looks good to me, except you really don't need the Omega 3-6-9 formula. Almost everybody gets WAY more than enough Omega 6's and 9's from our diet (too much actually) and generally all we're lacking in is Omega 3's.
