Lately, I have been more on the manic side of life. Unfortunately not euphoric and happy manic, but nervous, and angry and irritable.
My problem right now is that I a under so much stress and instead of just relaxing at home, I find myself working a lot more (harder) and I find myself adding projects and tasks to my "to Do" list.
Do any of you guys ever d this? I usually am a busy bee when it comes to being more manic but this time it is causing too much anxiety. AGHH Is this common??
