Ohio is one of the most FUed states!! We haven't even talked about pain pumps because I think I have at least one or two more surgeries coming up. I had a pump at the hospital. I think I wore the button out on it!

I had to switch Pain doctors, well haven't yet, I unexpectedly had to move from Texas to West Virginia the beginning of August, and I had been going to the same Pain Doc for the last 12 years...I have been taking pain meds for back problems for back pain....I am going to have to find a new doc here... I called a week ago to try to get an appointment with a General Practice doctor here, because there aren't any Pain Docs in my network on my insurance here in West Virginia or Ohio... lucky me...anyway I called them and they said they will not write prescriptions for controlled substances and I wont find a doctor in this area that will with the bad meth and heroin problem around here...so I am going to have to wean myself off my pain meds and I guess take aleve or something unless they can prescribe something that's not controlled to help with pain...that's stronger than Aleve. I already have a pain level of 5-6 with pain med, and its a 10 without..and the depression is horrible trying to deal with the pain.
