If you're looking for something that helps with sleep like zyprexa, there's seroquel. It has a less likelyhood of as much weight gain. I've been on it for ten years and currently take 300mg and no weight gain. But I do watch my diet. Saphris helps with sleep too and works wonders for my hypo/mania and is weight neutral. I'm also on geodon too which is my current life saver! But I still have to take seroquel at night or I won't sleep BUT even though it's for depression, it's never helped me except for sleep only and that's why I'm on two. Some people take metformin with their AP to avoid weight gain too.
Thanks for this!
