I can see I offended you, AL, and I am very sorry for that. I didn't realize that you took the crystal thing as seriously as you did. Where I am from most people either 'believe' or 'don't believe' in the healing powers of crystals, and I have not known anyone who has actually taken the sellers to task for making the claims that they do before. It would not ever have occurred to me to do such a thing, because in my culture I don't think anyone would do anything like that. I *love* that you actually did what you did! (Because really, why should crystal sellers be exempt from making fraudulent claims?)
But I truly am sorry. In my culture we tend to either believe or not believe in such things, but don't question another person's belief about it. So that was where I was coming from, and I have learned to be a little more respectful of others today.
