Hi Perna,

In rural Kansas where we are currently living, almost everybody raises cattle. Our closest neighbor, whose house is about a mile down the road owns a 1,000 acres. In the five years we have lived here, we have helped return stray "cows" to neighbors' pastures, which are fenced with barbed wire.

Just the image of the buffalo running around with my student trying to track them down and return them to his parents' property struck my funny bone this morning, so I thought I would share.
