It is horribly embarrassing how weak i am when it comes to working out these days. I started a new workout a couple days ago. I find it hard to motivate myself to get to the gym when starting back into a routine, so i have decided to just do body weight workouts from home. Hopefully be at the gym after a month or so. I've got two days in a row so far...
