*Possible Trigger* It always starts by me swearing someone's hand is on my shoulder when no one is even behind me. Then I hear his voice when no one's talking. And then it proceeds into reliving the event.
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you get past it (if you did)?

There are as many guided meditations as there are people I think. It might help if you tried it just for general stress relief and not when you PTSD is really activated. I also would make sure I was feeling in very safe place for you. I started doing meditation with my eyes open and for very short interval gradually increasing over time. But I know if my PTSD is really activated its not going to work.
